Each physical location (office, branch, store) is a separate site in Magnify. You pick a plan for each site based on how many extensions (phones) that site has. A business with three sites pays separately for each — one might be Starter, another Standard. You only pay for what you actually have.
An extension is any phone line or device connected to your PBX that appears in your SMDR/CDR output — desk phones, softphones, ring groups, etc. If you're unsure how many extensions you have, your phone system's admin console will show you, or contact us and we'll help you figure it out.
At the end of your trial, you'll choose a plan and enter payment information to continue. If you decide Magnify isn't for you, just cancel before the trial ends — no charge, no hassle. Your call data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any site's plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date. No penalties for changing plans.
